We are liquidating the parking lot in the courtyard, getting rid of the parking lot so that our guests can breathe fresh air and so that the working climate in the offices of our Tenants is enriched with additional advantages, we are planting 450 trees in the courtyard.

To make this work, we have of course included another way to drain water from the courtyard. We are working to make the new green space in our courtyard ecologically active and at the same time comfortable for Guests and Tenants

Our green zone will absorb CO2 and produce oxygen just like a small forest grove. In the surrounding concretization, we aspire to be the lungs of this part of the city
